존재의 자유

Freedom of existence

최고의 진실은 목적이 아니라 현존에서 발견됩니다. 목적을 찾는다는 것은 무언가가 부족하다는 것을 암시하는 것입니다. 즉, 삶은 성취되기 위해 목표를 향해 나아가야 한다는 것입니다. 그러나 우파니샤드의 지혜에 따르면, "아트마나 빈데 트립팀(Ātmanā vinde tṛptim)", 즉 자아는 그 자체의 자아 안에서 성취됩니다.

무언가가 되고자 애쓰는 순간, 우리는 이미 존재하고 있다는 사실을 잊습니다.

목적은 노력을 필요로 하는 행위의 영역에 속합니다. 자유는 모든 것이 펼쳐지는 노력 없는 존재 속에 존재합니다. 바로 여기에서 마음은 의미를 찾는 데서 벗어나 자각의 빛 속으로 사라집니다. 이것이 바로 마음이 이미 존재하는 신성함을 인식하기 시작하는 지점입니다.

산스크리트어로 릴라(līlā)는 신성한 놀이를 의미합니다. 존재는 완성해야 할 프로젝트가 아니라, 그 자체를 즐기는 의식의 행위입니다.

"나는 ~되어야 한다"라는 베일이 걷히면, 존재, 자각, 행복을 뜻하는 Sat-Chit-Ānanda가 자연스럽게 빛납니다.

인생의 목적은 목적을 찾는 것이 아니라, 당신이 삶 그 자체임을 기억하는 것입니다. 광대하고, 조건 없고, 노력 없이, 그리고 영원한 삶 말입니다.

The Freedom of Being

The highest truth is not found in purpose, but in presence. To seek a purpose is to suggest that something is missing — that life must move toward a goal to be fulfilled. But in the wisdom of the Upaniṣads, it is said, “Ātmanā vinde tṛptim.” - The Self is fulfilled in its own Self.

The moment one strives to become, one forgets that one already is.

Purpose belongs to the realm of doing that also requires effort; freedom lives in effortless being, where everything unfolds. Here, the mind moves from grasping for meaning and dissolves into the light of awareness. This is the point at which the heart begins to perceive the sacredness that is already present.

In Sanskrit, the word līlā means divine play. Existence is not a project to complete but an act of consciousness delighting in itself.

When the veil of “I must become” dissolves, Sat–Chit–Ānanda — Being, Awareness, Bliss — naturally shines through.

The purpose of life is not to find a purpose, but to remember that you are life itself — vast, unconditioned, effortless, and eternal.
