하나의 에너지의 춤

Dance of One Energy

다른 사람의 존재가 당신의 삶에 단순히 들어오는 것이 아니라, 당신을 깨우는 순간들이 있습니다.
두 에너지가 만나 충돌 대신, 인식이 이루어집니다. "나는 당신 안에서 나를 본다."
산스크리트어로 이를 아트마남 비디(ātmanam viddhi)라고 합니다. 타인의 모습을 통해 자아를 아는 것을 의미합니다.

진정한 만남일 때, "나"와 "너"의 경계는 흐릿해지고, 분리는 마치 바다로 물러가는 파도처럼 사라집니다.

그것은 집착이 아니라 다르샤나(darśana), 즉 신성한 시각입니다. 이러한 인식을 통해 아름다움은 더 이상 소유의 대상이 아니라, 둘 다의 내면에서 깨어나는 것입니다.

이러한 연결은 드뭅니다. 그것은 노력을 통해서가 아니라 공명을 통해 마음을 엽니다. 당신은 몸으로, 움직임, 리듬, 말보다 더 크게 말하는 침묵의 순간을 통해 그것을 느낍니다.

이것이 아난다(ananda), 즉 자아가 자신의 모습을 인식할 때 생겨나는 행복입니다.

고대의 지혜, "야드 바밤 타드 바바티(Yad bhāvam tad bhavati)"에서 따온 것입니다. 당신의 존재 상태가 곧 당신입니다.

아름다움을 타인의 본질로 볼 때, 당신은 자신 안에 있는 그 아름다움을 깨웁니다.
연결을 신성하게 존중할 때, 모든 관계와 만남을 아우르는 온전함의 영역이 확장됩니다.

그러니 삶이 평범함을 넘어선 에너지를 가진 누군가를 데려올 때, 서둘러 정의하려 하지 마세요. 마음이 볼 수 있는 한계를 넘어 그 본질이 확장되도록 허용하세요.

춤처럼 펼쳐지도록 허용하세요. 한 걸음 한 걸음 내딛을 때마다 이미 존재하는 하나됨을 더 많이 드러낼 것입니다.

이러한 만남은 우주가 자신을 하나됨으로 기억하는 거울과 같습니다.

The Dance of One Energy

There are moments when another’s presence doesn’t just enter your life—it awakens you.
Two energies meet, and instead of collision there is recognition - I see myself in you.
In Sanskrit, this is called ātmanam viddhi—to know the Self through the reflection of another.

When the meeting is genuine, the boundaries between “me” and “you” blur, and the separation dissolves like waves retreating back into the ocean.

It is not infatuation; it is darśana - the sacred seeing. Through that recognition, beauty is no longer something possessed—it is what awakens within both.

Such connections are rare. They open the heart not through striving, but through resonance. You feel it in the body—through movement, rhythm, a moment of silence that speaks louder than words.

This is ananda, the bliss that arises when the Self recognizes its own reflection.

From the ancient wisdoms,  “Yad bhāvam tad bhavati” — as your state of being, so you become.

When you see beauty as the essence of another, you awaken that beauty within yourself.
When you honor connection as sacred, you expand the field of wholeness that holds all relationships and encounters.

So when life brings someone whose energy feels more than ordinary, do not rush to define it. Allow it to expand its essence into something beyond what the mind is limited to see.

Allow it to unfold like a dance—each step revealing more of the One that both already are.

Such meetings are mirrors through which the universe remembers itself as One.
