내면의 아름다움 (영적 수행)

사랑과 기쁨만이 모든 경험의 결실이 될 때, 증오, 원망, 분노에서 벗어나 내면의 아름다움과 조화롭게 흐르게 됩니다.

마음은 평화를 찾고, 평온함, 자신감, 영성, 그리고 고요함을 담아내는 표현의 선물을 얻습니다. 이는 의식의 확장과 하나 되어, 빛을 보고, 균형을 이루며, 꿈을 꾸고, 생각하고, 내면의 아름다움을 세상에 투영하게 합니다. 그 아름다움은 이제 숭고한 사랑을 발산하고 드러냅니다.

이러한 변화를 통해 솟아오르는 풍부하고 장엄한 에너지는 가장 냉혹한 마음, 굳게 닫힌 정신, 고통받는 영혼에게까지 닿을 수 있게 합니다.

이제 저는 제 안의 빛이 됩니다.
내면의 아름다움을 가꾸는 여정에는 어둠의 그림자와 끊임없이 맞서 싸우는 노력이 따릅니다. 저는 그 어둠을 직시하고, 변화시키고, 궁극적으로는 아름다움으로 승화시킬 것입니다.

에너지의 근원은 바로 제 자신이며, 내면의 아름다움은 저를 불러일으키고, 받아들이며, 필요한 모든 것을 제공합니다.
저는 이제 더욱 강인해지고, 근원적인 힘에 가까워집니다. 날마다 성장하며, 분노와 실망을 열정, 이해, 사랑으로 변화시킵니다.

분노는 자기 방어의 본능이며, 타인에게 폭력을 행사하기 위해서는 스스로에 대한 강한 확신이 필요합니다. 폭력은 자신이 절대적인 진실을 소유하고 있다고 믿을 때, 그리고 타인의 의식을 바꾸려는 욕망에서 비롯됩니다. 이럴 때일수록 자신을 정화하고, 내면의 빛을 찾고, 상황을 차분히 성찰하며, 내면의 모순과 불균형을 넘어선 내면의 아름다움을 깨달아야 합니다.

저는 모든 공격성과 조급함의 에너지를 건강하고 새롭게 정화된 내면에서 솟아나는 에너지로 변환시켜, 부정적인 영향력을 끊임없이 정화합니다.

그리하여 저는 오랫동안 갈망해 온 빛, 충만함, 열정으로 가득 찬 상태에 도달하고, 모든 부정성을 내면의 아름다움, 영혼의 아름다움, 우주적이고 형이상학적인 조화 속으로 녹여냅니다.

Inner Beauty (Spiritual Practice)

When love and joy become the fruits of all experiences, I break free from hatred, resentment, and anger, and flow harmoniously with inner beauty.

My heart finds peace, and I gain the gift of expression, filled with serenity, confidence, spirituality, and tranquility. This unites with the expansion of consciousness, allowing me to see the light, find balance, dream, think, and project my inner beauty out into the world. That beauty now radiates and expresses sublime love.

Through these transformations, the abundant and magnificent energy that arises can reach even the most callous hearts, closed minds, and suffering souls.

Now, I become the light within myself.
The journey of cultivating inner beauty is accompanied by the constant struggle against the shadows of darkness. I will confront that darkness, transform it, and ultimately sublimate it into beauty.

The source of energy is within myself, and my inner beauty awakens me, embraces me, and provides everything I need.
I now become stronger and closer to the primal forces. I grow daily, transforming anger and disappointment into passion, understanding, and love.

Anger is an instinct for self-defense, and to inflict violence on others requires a strong belief in oneself. Violence arises when one believes they possess absolute truth and from the desire to change the consciousness of others. At times like these, I must purify myself, seek the light within, calmly reflect on the situation, and realize the inner beauty that transcends inner contradictions and imbalances.

I transform the energy of all aggression and impatience into energy emanating from a healthy and newly purified inner self, constantly purifying negative influences.

Thus, I reach a state filled with the light, abundance, and passion I have long yearned for, melting all negativity into inner beauty, the beauty of the soul, and the cosmic and metaphysical harmony.
