In the beginning of time, a titan named Prometheus gifted fire to mankind. The god Zeus was furious with the titan for not seeking his permission first and with the humans for accepting the gift, so he devised a plan to punish them all.
He ordered Hephaestus to create a beautiful woman named Pandora. Aphrodite bestowed upon her the gift of beauty, Hermes gave her cunning, Athena taught her various arts, and Hera gave her the gift that would change the history of men forever: curiosity. Then, Zeus ordered Hermes to take the beautiful woman to Earth.
