Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are delighted to connect with all of you.

We always have admiration for humanity, and we share this admiration with many others in the higher realms when we look down on you and see how much you have chosen to face, to confront in this lifetime. It is important for all of you to remember that you always face your challenges by choice, for you are going nowhere, making no progress, seeing yourselves as victims of a force outside of you that is stronger and greater than you.

We know you are facing many Goliaths out there in terms of the size, weight, and momentum of what is already underway, what was underway when you were born into your physical body. But you know you are not alone in what you face and in facing the challenges you have undertaken. You know that change is coming, because it is always coming, and because change will reflect the level of consciousness held by people like you in the Awakened Collective.

Therefore, you can relax and take some of the weight off your shoulders—that is, having to do all this.

You don't need to change your financial system alone to have an equitable economy for all, but you are among those who are contributing to the changes that are underway and will continue. You are among those who are changing your system of governance, your politics. You are among those who are contributing to living more harmoniously with Mother Earth and Mother Nature and to having an environment that serves all.

You are among those who are changing the education system with your thoughts and ideas, and you are among those who are changing the healthcare system by choosing alternatives and recognizing that the human body contains within itself everything it needs to heal itself. You are changing the consciousness of humanity as a whole. And when you change a thought, a perspective, a belief, and your vibration, you change everything. So don't worry about how much work it will take, how much time it will take, or how much commitment it will require from those who are awake.

All you can do is what you can do in the present moment, and you can also trust that more and more human beings are choosing to change themselves and consciously participate in changing your world for the better. As we've said, we admire you for taking on so much responsibility, but we also don't want you to feel like you've taken on too much or that you're doing it all alone. You have so many helpers in the physical and nonphysical. And indeed, you have the help of the entire universe as we all ascend together.

This is a raising of consciousness for the entire universe, and you are part of it. You are an integral part of it because you are doing it in one of the most difficult worlds to incarnate in the entire universe.
