By designing a labyrinth of self-enforced slave policies based on fear and intimidation among Earth's inhabitants, they have been able to piggyback on Earth's human resources and use minimal "off-Earth" resources. By giving up their rights and resources, people on Earth will not only effectively enforce their own enslavement, but will also enslave their own global human family. This is very effective in takeovers and invasions while minimizing resistance or rebellion from residents who do not know they are being invaded. This is called the ‘classic deception strategy’.
