재전송하지 않음(Resent Not)
정당한 분노는 없습니다. 누군가를 원망한다는 것은 그 사람이 우리 고통의 원인이라는 환상에 빠지는 것입니다. 뱀에게 물려서 죽을 수 있는 사람은 없습니다. 그들을 죽이는 것은 독입니다. 당신은 다른 사람의 말의 독을, 심지어 한 눈에 보는 것만으로도 받아들일 수 있지만, 그것을 흡수하거나 의식의 정맥을 통해 자유롭게 통과하도록 허용할 필요는 없습니다.
다른 사람의 독을 흡수하지 않는 결과로 당신은 다른 사람에 대한 적대감을 경험하지 않게 됩니다. 그리고 사람들은 당신이 전혀 적대감이 없을 때 알아차립니다. 그것은 그들을 가까이 끌어당기고, 힘을 실어주고, 신뢰를 쌓고, 조화를 이룰 수 있게 해줍니다! 양이 그토록 가까이 다가올 수 있다고 느끼는 것은 사자가 양을 죽일 생각이 전혀 없기 때문입니다.
Resent Not
There are no justified resentments. To resent someone is to fall under the illusion that they are the cause of our suffering. No one can die from a snake bite. It's the poison that kills them. You may receive the poison of another’s words, or even just in a glance, but you don’t have to absorb it or allow it free passage through the veins of your consciousness.
The consequence of not absorbing the poison of others is you never experience enmity towards others. And people notice when you have absolutely no enmity. It draws them close, it empowers them, it builds trust, it enables harmony to break out! It is only because the lion has no thought of killing the lamb that the lamb feels able to come so close.
