FTX의 파산 자문단은 암호화폐 거래소 바이비트(Bybit)와 두 기업 계열사인 미라나(Mirana)와 타임 리서치(Time Research Ltd)를 상대로 약 9억 5300만 달러 상당의 현금 및 디지털 자산의 회수를 요구하는 소송을 제기했습니다.
FTX는 Bybit 계열사가 2022년 11월 거래소가 붕괴되기 전에 거래소에서 자산의 상당 부분을 인출하기 위해 특별한 "VIP" 특권을 활용했다고 주장합니다.

FTX's bankruptcy advisers have filed a lawsuit against the crypto exchange Bybit and its two corporate affiliates, Mirana and Time Research Ltd, seeking the recovery of cash and digital assets valued at approximately $953m.
FTX alleges that a Bybit affiliate utilized special "VIP" privileges to withdraw a significant portion of its assets from the exchange before its collapse in November 2022.
