Spiritual upload can be accessed in many ways, and can be triggered by activities from the heart, whether it's through art, dance, love, or loving animals and nature.
You can access your spiritual upload through meditation. Then there will be less dietary changes, less exercise, less judgment about other people, followed by a feeling of regeneration with a new sense of who you are.
Spiritual downloads are provided by guides and spirit groups, which are encoded to receive when needed.
Spiritual downloads increase the number and strength of DNA strands, and they also go to body cells, including chakras, energy bodies, and brains.
You may not recognize spiritual downloads, but you may feel vibrations or tingling in your head or body.
