샤머니즘 전통에서, 몸과 영혼이 건강하지 않을 때는 영적 질병으로 인해 발생한다고 가르칩니다. 이것은 우리의 마음이 사건의 감정을 위한 대기실을 만들기로 결정할 때 발생하는데, 당시에는 처리하기에는 너무 많은 감정이었습니다.
또한 우리가 영혼의 노래를 부르는 것을 잊었을 때, 기쁨을 잃었을 때, 자아와 함께 있는 것을 멈출 때도 발생합니다.
우리 중 많은 사람들이 지금 지쳐 있습니다. 잠이나 카페인으로 사라지지 않는 지친 상태입니다. 이것은 영적 질병의 한 형태입니다.

우리가 영혼을 흥분시키는 것을 규칙적으로 추구할 때, 그것은 우리에게 내면의 충족감을 주고, 우리의 영혼에 영양을 공급합니다. 아무리 작더라도, 우리는 계속해서 우리의 영혼에 흥분시키고 기쁨을 주는 것으로 영양을 공급해야 합니다. 여기서부터 일들은 그들이 의도한 대로 순환 속에서 풀릴 것입니다.

많은 고대 문화의 예언은 이 시대에 대해 말했습니다.  대중의 혼란, 불확실성, 두려움, 그리고 옛 것의 해체 아래에는 깊은 무언가가 싹트고 있습니다. 이것은 전례 없는 시대이며, 아주 깊은 차원에서 살아가기에 흥미로운 시대입니다. 표면의 물은 거칠 수 있지만, 그 아래에는 깊은 평온의 밑바탕이 있습니다. 은하계, 우주의 무언가가 발 아래에 있습니다.

호피족은 정화의 시대에 대해 말했고, 체로키족은 그것을 무지개 예언이라고 불렀고, 힌두 문화의 신성한 텍스트인 베다에서는 그것을 위대한 해와 상승의 주기라고 불렀습니다.

천 년 전, 고대 마야인들은 시대의 종말을 예언했습니다. 2012년 동지에 태양, 지구, 은하수의 중심이 26,000년 만에 처음으로 완벽하게 정렬되어 "태양의 다섯 번째 시대"가 끝날 것이라고 예언했습니다.
태양의 위치에 대한 그들의 예측은 맞았지만, 그것이 "세계의 종말"을 알렸다는 것은 아마도 마야 예언이 의미하는 바가 아니었을 것입니다.
그러나 그것은 구세계의 종말이며, 더 깊은 차원에서는 새로운 세계의 재탄생입니다.

인간의 관점에서 보면 확실히 종말론적으로 보일 수 있습니다. 계획적, 끊임없는 전쟁, 미친 정치, 기상 이상, 경제 붕괴. 그러나 영적인 눈으로, 영혼의 눈으로 보면 모든 것이 훨씬 다르게 보입니다.
우리가 겪고 있는 것은 영혼의 행성적 암흑의 밤이며, 황금빛 새벽에 깨어나기 전에 가장 깊은 어둠을 경험합니다.

이것이 얼마나 걸릴지는 우리에게 달려 있습니다. 우리의 미래의 자아와 먼 후손들이 우리에게 의지하고 있습니다. 우리가 믿음을 지키고 그들에게 옳은 일을 하지 않는다면, 그들의 상황은 상상할 수 없을 것입니다.
또는 그들은 전혀 존재하지 않을 수도 있고, 대신 가능성의 불꽃으로 남을 수도 있습니다.

산만함은 많고, 그것은 현실적이며, 많은 사람들에게 생명을 위협합니다. 이러한 시기에 중심을 잡고 현재에 머무르려면 엄청난 힘, 의지력, 회복력이 필요합니다.
하지만 우리는 이 시기에 어떤 이유로 이곳에 태어났고, 이러한 변화 속에서 삶이 전개되면서 이는 더욱 분명해질 것입니다. 따라서 우리는 우리의 생각을 어디에 집중하고 있는지 끊임없이 알고 있어야 합니다. 왜냐하면 이것이 우리의 미래를 결정하기 때문입니다.
우리가 겪고 있는 일은 시험이자 입문이며, 방해, 분열, 증오, 잔인함을 위한 시간이 아닙니다.
입을 열 때마다 정화하고, 놓아주고, 마음에서 진실을 말할 때입니다. 이것이 실제로 가장 높은 형태의 의식이며, 필요한 타임라인에 머물 수 있는 방법입니다.

In Shamanic traditions, it is taught that when the body and soul are not well it is caused by a Spiritual illness. This happens when our heart decides to create a waiting room for the emotions of an event, where it was simply too much to process at the time.
It happens too when we forget to sing our soul song, when we loose our joy, when we stop being in presence with self.
Many of us are weary right now, a weariness that doesn’t go away with sleep or with caffeine, this is a form of spiritual illness.
When we regularly pursue what excites our souls it gives us an inner feeling of fulfillment, it feeds our soul. However, small it may be, we must continually look to feed our souls with what excites and gives us joy. From here things will unravel within the cycles they are meant to.
The prophecies of many ancient cultures have spoken of these times. Underneath the public chaos, the uncertainty, the fear, and the dissolution of the old, there is something deep brewing. These are unprecedented times, exciting times to be alive on a very deep level. Though the waters on the surface may be choppy, below there is an undercurrent of deep calm. Something galactic, something cosmic, is underfoot.
The Hopi spoke of the Purification Times, the Cherokee called it the Rainbow Prophecy, and the sacred texts of the Hindu culture, the Vedas, called it the Great Years and the Cycle of Ascension.
A thousand years ago, the ancient Mayans predicted an ending of an era; that on winter solstice 2012, the sun, the earth, and the center of the Milky Way would be perfectly aligned for the first time in 26,000 years, ending the “fifth era of the sun.”
Their prediction on the sun’s position was right, but that it signalled the “End of the World”, was perhaps not what the Mayan prophecy meant.
It is however the End of an Old World, and on a deeper level, the rebirth of a new.
From a human perspective, it can surely seem apocalyptic; the plandemtic thing, constant wars, crazy politics, weather weirdness, economy collapse. However, from spiritual eyes, from the eyes of the soul, it all looks much different.
What we are undergoing is a planetary dark night of the soul, experiencing the deepest darkness before we wake up to a Golden Dawn.
How long this will take is up to us. Our future selves and our distant descendants are counting on us. If we don’t keep faith and do right by them, their circumstances might be unthinkable.
Or they might never exist at all, remaining instead as a spark of possibility.
The distractions are plenty, and they are real, and for many they are life threatening. It takes an incredible amount of strength, willpower and resilience to stay centred and present during these times.
However, we were born here for a reason, at this time, and during these changes, this will become clearer as life unfolds.
Therefore, we must be constantly aware of where we’re focusing our thoughts since this determines our future.
What we are living through is a test and an initiation, it is not time for distractions, division, hate and cruelty.
It is a time to purge, to let go and to speak your truth from your heart every time you open your mouth. This is indeed the highest form of consciousness, and a way which will keep you in the timeline necessary.
