L’uomo alimenta questo parassita ondulatorio con i suoi pensieri, con le emozioni e sofferenze, mentre l’egregore alimenta la stessa malattia nell’uomo. I momenti negativi nell’attività delle egregore si manifestano quando queste iniziano ad appianare le individualità umane facendole corrispondere a certe idee; allora anche l’uomo inizia ad essere l’esecutore delle volontà delle egregore."

Esistono delle egregore naturali: del paese, della città, della famiglia. Andando a vivere in un altro paese l'uomo perde gradualmente il legame con questo tipo di eggregore. L'azione delle eggregore naturali si manifesta a livello genetico; per esempio, i prodotti alimentari cresciuti nel posto dove si vive apportano il maggior beneficio.

Oggi le egregore dei soldi, dei partiti, dei paesi e delle religioni hanno raggiunto delle dimensioni notevoli. Forniscono ai loro adepti le informazioni/idee, ma li controllano anche. A volte spingono la gente a fare delle azioni che vogliono (nella maggior parte dei casi non è un male). Il problema sorge quando l'uomo cade sotto l'influenza delle eggregore distruttive (terrorismo, dipendenze, alcolismo, sette ecc).
Anche la coscienza umana è una struttura energetico-informazionale che vibra con una determinata frequenza. Questa frequenza è individuale e la può influenzare soltanto un oggetto con una frequenza simile ("il simile attira il simile"). Una coscienza ad alta frequenza non può essere influenzata da un impulso con una frequenza bassa, una persona sviluppata spiritualmente è praticamente al di fuori dell'area delle influenze negative.
Tra una persona e un eggregora si stabilisce un CANALE capace di trasmettere un segnale che influenza la coscienza umana, ed esiste anche il canale inverso, dall'uomo all'egregore.
