The physical body, due to its density, will be the one that experiences the least changes, since the denser an energy is, the more difficult it is to manipulate and transmute. Furthermore, for your own protection, it is necessary that the changes are not visible, at least in a very evident way, with respect to your physical appearance.
2. The second reason why the brothers in Service may wake up tired is because they have been doing work on the etheric plane during the sleep of the physical body. We have already explained that the Service is carried out on all planes, from the third to the fourth, fifth, sixth, or seventh dimension, depending on the evolution of the beings and their monads.
Especially in the fourth dimension, the etheric body performs many tasks, especially at night. In recent times, the Service of help in the dimensional rescue of beings has been very intense, and it is for this reason that the brothers, on occasions, wake up exhausted "as if" they had been working all night, and that has been in reality.
Wherever there is a catastrophe in the third dimension, beings in their etheric body come to help in the rescue Service; of course, it is the souls that are "rescued," that is, they are helped to move towards the Light of the higher planes. With so many wars and three-dimensional disasters of all kinds, there is much work to be done in that field. The most active work in the etheric body in the fourth dimension is carried out with greater force and efficiency when the physical body is inactive.
But the Service is active on all planes and in all bodies at all times. Even when you are active, performing your three-dimensional tasks, the other bodies are working in Service on other planes.

There are many evolutionary works and it is necessary that beings become increasingly aware that these works are already being carried out simultaneously, both in the planes of spiritual and material existence. Therefore, any sign of tiredness, dark circles, or physical discomfort without apparent cause should not afflict the brothers but, on the contrary, should gladden them so that they understand that the transmutation is already becoming a reality in each one, and that their Service is being fulfilled usefully and fruitfully, even if sometimes the personality does not know it.
