주의하세요
모든 영적 성장과 개인적 발전의 기초는 자기 인식의 각성입니다. 그러나 대부분의 사람들은 아직 자기를 인식하지 못하고 있으며, 그들 중 대다수는 자신이 인식하지 못한다는 사실을 인식하지 못하고 있습니다.
자기 인식은 쉬우며 단순히 정신적으로 한 걸음 물러나 자신의 생각, 감정, 태도 및 행동을 관찰하는 것부터 시작됩니다. 그럴 때마다 당신은 우리 자신에 대해 배우고 개인적인 변화와 성장의 기초는 항상 배움입니다.
뒤로 물러서세요. 당신은 무엇을 보고 있으며, 무엇이 당신의 인식에 들어오나요? 그것은 당신에게 무엇을 말해주는가? 그것은 당신 자신에 대해 무엇을 보여줍니까? 판단하지 말고 그냥 보세요. 보이는 것에서 도망치지 말고 지켜보세요. 받아들이십시오. 당신의 생각과 감정 속에서 일어나는 모든 일을 그대로 허용하십시오. 그리고 갑자기 당신은 모든 즐거움을 뛰어넘는 내면의 평화를 발견하게 될 것입니다.
Be Aware
The foundation of all spiritual growth and personal development is the awakening of self awareness. Most people however are not yet self aware, and the majority of those, are not aware that they are not aware.
Self awareness is easy and begins with simply taking a mental step back, and observing your thoughts, feelings, attitudes and actions. Whenever you do you learn about our self and the basis of personal change and growth is always learning.
Step back, what do you see, what enters your awareness? What does it tell you? What does it show you about yourself? Don't judge it, just see it. Don't run away from what you see just watch it. Accept it. Allow whatever is happening within your thoughts and feelings just to be. And suddenly you will find that inner peace which surpasseth all pleasure.
